OUR STORY
I started making my Dessert Sauces from my home kitchen just over a year ago, they have gone from strength to strength since then. Food is something that I’ve always had a big interest in, whether it was baking or cooking so after having come back to Donegal from living in Dublin for some years I decide it was time for me to create a job for myself doing something I loved. I live in the Inishowen Peninsula on the Wild Atlantic Way near Malin Head at the most northerly point in Ireland, although that in its self would have been enough to keep me here.
Since starting my journey out on the Supervalu Food Academy Programme the knowledge I’ve learned about the Food Retail Business has been invaluable with encouragement and support if needed. You see that hard work pays off and the Academy are there to support you in any way they can, to bring you and your product on to their shelves. Supervalu are about success, and that's what they want to make of you and your product.
Being now in a position I can help employ people as production increases, it's a great feeling to be able to contribute in this way. Giving back to Charities and helping local causes are other ways in which the local communities will benefit and with the new lives we lead today, local and community are very important words.
Our Health our Environment and Sustainability are words that are becoming more and more important. Having a product that has all natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives is important for our well being. Only top quality ingredients such as cream from Donegal Creameries and Kerrygold pure butter are used. For those that are Gluten intolerant the sauces are Gluten free.

Our Environment has taken a beating up until now, but things are changing and we are seeing more and more sustainable packaging like the jars in which my sauce comes, they are 100% recyclable. We all play our part, what’s good for the environment is good for us.
